Report Card
The applicant report card provides an overview of their likelihood to be prequalified, based on historical applicant data in Approve Owl. Each report card line item is given a rating to the right:

Informational applicant data.

Meets minimum applicant requirement.

Potential flag, but not a primary requirement.

Neutral data point - Data is not available.

Does not meet minimum applicant requirement.
The report card is broken down in to 4 data overview sections:
Section titled “The report card is broken down in to 4 data overview sections:”1. Income report card: Focuses on data points that can be utilized to verify income.

2. Identity report card: Focuses on data points that can be utilized to verify the applicant’s identity.

3. Locality report card: Focuses on data points that can be utilized to verify the applicant’s place of residence.

4. Other Finances report card: Focuses on financial data points that could impact the applicant’s financial state, outside of primary income.
