What should I do if I try to download an applicant’s packet and receive an application error?

When this error occurs, it’s likely due to one of the documents being password protected, encrypted, or has a write-lock by the applicant. Proceed by downloading each document in the applicant’s Documents view individually, instead of as a combined packet.
